The TPS62260DDCR is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter designed for battery-powered portable applications. It operates from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range and delivers up to 600mA of output current. The device integrates low-RDS(on) MOSFETs for high efficiency and operates at a 2.25MHz switching frequency, allowing the use of small external components.
