### **Description:**  
The SN74LVC573APWT is an octal transparent latch with 3-state outputs designed for 1.65-V to 3.6-V VCC operation. It features a latch-enable (LE) input and an output-enable (OE) input. When LE is high, the data passes through to the outputs. When LE is low, the outputs hold the data. The outputs are in high-impedance state when OE is high.  

This device is suitable for bus interface applications in mixed-voltage systems.
