The **SN74LVC373APWR** is an **octal transparent latch** designed for **1.65V to 3.6V VCC operation**. It features **3-state outputs** for bus-oriented applications. The latch remains transparent while the **latch enable (LE)** input is high, allowing data to pass through. When **LE** goes low, the data is latched. The **output enable (OE)** input controls the 3-state outputs, allowing them to be placed in a high-impedance state when needed.  

This device is ideal for **memory address latching, I/O port expansion, and bus interfacing** in low-voltage systems.
