### **Descriptions:**
- The SN74LV74A consists of two independent D-type flip-flops with asynchronous clear (CLR) and preset (PRE) inputs.
- Data (D) input changes are clocked (CLK) on the positive edge, and outputs (Q, Q̅) reflect the stored data.
- Asynchronous inputs override clocked operations when active.

### **Features:**
- **Wide Operating Voltage:** Supports 2 V to 5.5 V
- **Edge-Triggered Flip-Flop:** Positive-edge clocking
- **Asynchronous Clear and Preset:** Independent of the clock
- **Balanced Propagation Delays:** Ensures stable performance
- **Low Noise:** Improved noise immunity
- **Latch-Up Performance:** Exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17
