**Descriptions:**
The SN74LV165ADG4 is an 8-bit parallel-load shift register designed for 2 V to 5.5 V VCC operation. It features a serial output (QH) for cascading multiple devices and a complementary serial output (QH') for flexibility. The device loads data in parallel when the parallel-load (PL) input is low and shifts data on each rising edge of the clock (CP) when PL is high.

**Features:**
- Wide operating voltage range (2 V to 5.5 V)
- Low power consumption
- Parallel-to-serial data conversion
- Buffered clock and serial inputs
- Direct override input (SH/LD)
- Balanced propagation delays
- Latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17
- ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 (2000-V Human Body Model)
