### **Description:**  
The SN74LS139A consists of two independent 2-to-4 decoders in a single package. Each decoder accepts two binary-weighted inputs (A0, A1) and provides four mutually exclusive active-LOW outputs (Y0-Y3). The device features an active-LOW enable input (G) that, when HIGH, forces all outputs HIGH.
