Asymmetrical TVS Diode for Extended Common-Mode RS-485 The SM712.TC is a TVS diode array manufactured by SEMTECH. It is designed for ESD (electrostatic discharge) and surge protection in high-speed data lines, such as USB, HDMI, and other high-speed interfaces.
