With an initial accuracy of ±0.05% and a low temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C (max), the REF191GS delivers exceptional stability over a wide operating range. Its low output noise of 3.5 µVPP (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) makes it ideal for sensitive analog circuits, including data converters, precision sensors, and high-resolution measurement systems.  

The REF191GS operates from a 4.5V to 18V supply range, providing a fixed 2.5V output with a maximum load current of 10 mA. Its low dropout voltage of 200 mV ensures efficient performance even in low-supply conditions. Additionally, the device features a low quiescent current of 100 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered and energy-efficient designs.
