The PUMD30 is a compact, surface-mount dual NPN/NPN transistor with built-in resistors, designed for high-efficiency switching and amplification in low-power applications. This component integrates two matched NPN transistors, each equipped with base resistors, simplifying circuit design while reducing board space and component count.
