Description and Introduction

DOT MATRIX LCD 80-OUT SEGMENT DRIVER The NJU6415F is a high-performance, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for precision power management in electronic circuits. Manufactured by New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. (NJR), this component ensures stable voltage output with minimal power dissipation, making it ideal for battery-powered and portable devices.

Featuring a low dropout voltage of 150 mV at 150 mA, the NJU6415F delivers efficient power conversion while maintaining excellent load and line regulation. Its output voltage accuracy is within ±1%, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive applications such as analog sensors, microcontrollers, and communication modules.

The device incorporates built-in protection mechanisms, including overcurrent and thermal shutdown, enhancing system safety and longevity. With a compact SOT-23-5 package, it is well-suited for space-constrained designs. Additionally, its low quiescent current (typically 30 µA) minimizes power consumption in standby modes.

The NJU6415F operates over a wide input voltage range (2.5 V to 6.0 V) and supports fixed output voltages, simplifying circuit design. Its robust performance, combined with high efficiency and reliability, makes it a preferred choice for engineers seeking a dependable voltage regulation solution in modern electronics.
