±15kV ESD-Protected, Low-Voltage, Quad, SPST, CMOS Analog Switches The MAX4640ESD+ is a high-speed, low-voltage, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch manufactured by Maxim Integrated (now part of Analog Devices).
