±15kV ESD-Protected, Down to 10nA, 3.0V to 5.5V, Up to 1Mbps, True RS-232 Transceivers The MAX3241ECAI-T is a 3V-powered EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 communications interface device manufactured by Maxim Integrated.

### **Descriptions:**  
The MAX3241ECAI-T is a low-power, high-performance RS-232 transceiver designed for battery-powered applications. It includes a charge-pump voltage doubler/inverter to generate RS-232 voltage levels from a single 3V supply.
