1.62V to 3.6V, 8-Channel, High-Speed LLT The MAX13055EETI+T is a 16-channel, low-power, ±15kV ESD-protected, 3.0V to 5.5V, serial 16-bit ADC manufactured by Maxim Integrated (now part of Analog Devices).
