Low-Power, 16-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converters with Parallel Interface The MAX1166BEUP+ is a 16-bit, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by **Maxim Integrated** (formerly Dallas Semiconductor).
