10-Bit 300ksps ADCs with FIFO, Temp Sensor, Internal Reference The MAX1028BEEP+ is a 10-bit, multichannel, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by **MAXIM Integrated** (now part of Analog Devices).
