16 Kbit, 8 Kbit, 4 Kbit, 2 Kbit and 1 Kbit serial I2C bus EEPROM The M24C16-BN6 is a 16-Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) manufactured by STMicroelectronics (STM).
