The MURS320 is a high-efficiency, ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode designed for applications requiring rapid switching and low power loss. As part of the MURS series, it features a low forward voltage drop and a fast reverse recovery time, making it suitable for power supply circuits, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.  

With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current rating of 3A, the MURS320 is well-suited for moderate-power applications. Its ultra-fast recovery characteristics minimize switching losses, improving efficiency in high-frequency circuits such as switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and DC-DC converters.  

Encased in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, the diode offers a compact footprint while maintaining robust thermal performance. Its lead-free and RoHS-compliant construction ensures compliance with environmental regulations.
