500mA, 1.25MHz Synchronous Step-Up DC/DC Converter in 2mm x 2mm DFN Package The LTC3427EDC#TRMPBF is a high efficiency, synchronous step-up DC/DC converter manufactured by Linear Technology (now part of Analog Devices).
