16-Bit 2-/4-Channel Delta Sigma ADC with Easy Drive Input Current Cancellation and I2C Interface The LTC2489IDE#TRPBF is a high-performance, 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Linear Technology (now part of Analog Devices).
