16-Bit 2-/4-Channel Delta Sigma ADC with Easy Drive Input Current Cancellation The LTC2488IDE#TRPBF is a 24-bit delta-sigma ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) manufactured by Linear Technology (now part of Analog Devices).
