?2?C Industry Standard Temperature Sensor with I2C/SMBus Interface 8-VSSOP -55 to 125 The LM75BIMM-3/NOPB is a digital temperature sensor and thermal watchdog manufactured by National Semiconductor (NSC).

- **Accuracy:** ±2°C (max) from -25°C to +100°C  
- **Resolution:** 0.125°C (9 to 12-bit selectable)

- **Low Power Consumption:** 250µA (typ) in operation, 3.5µA (typ) in shutdown  
- **Interface:** I²C/SMBus compatible (supports up to 400kHz)
