### **Specifications:**
- **Type:** Quad Norton Operational Amplifier
- **Supply Voltage Range:** ±1V to ±18V (or 2V to 36V single supply)
- **Input Bias Current:** ~50nA
- **Gain Bandwidth Product:** ~2.5MHz
- **Slew Rate:** ~0.5V/µs
- **Operating Temperature Range:** 0°C to +70°C
- **Package:** 14-Pin SOIC (M)

### **Descriptions:**
The LM3900M consists of four independent, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated Norton amplifiers. It is designed for single-supply operation but can also operate from split supplies. Unlike traditional op-amps, it uses current differencing inputs, making it suitable for applications requiring wide input voltage ranges.

### **Features:**
- **Wide Supply Voltage Range:** Operates from single or dual supplies.
- **Current Differencing Inputs:** Allows operation near ground potential.
- **High Output Drive Capability:** Can drive loads directly.
- **Low Input Bias Current:** ~50nA typical.
- **Internally Frequency Compensated:** No external compensation needed.
- **Compatible with Standard Op-Amp Applications:** Can be used in amplifiers, oscillators, and comparators.
