1K-bit/2K-bit 2-WIRE SERIAL CMOS EEPROM The IS24C02B is a 2K-bit (256 x 8) serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. (ISSI).
