Low-Power 1-Port High-Speed USB (480Mbps) Switch The FSUSB20MUX is a high-speed USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) multiplexer/demultiplexer switch manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor (now part of ON Semiconductor).

Description and Introduction

Low-Power 1-Port High-Speed USB (480Mbps) Switch The FSUSB20MUX is a high-bandwidth USB 2.0 switch manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor. It features low on-resistance (4Ω typical) and supports data rates up to 480 Mbps. The device operates with a single supply voltage range of 3.0V to 4.3V and has a low power consumption of 1μA (max) in standby mode. It includes two single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches and is designed for applications requiring USB signal switching. The FSUSB20MUX is available in a 10-pin MSOP package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
