The **FDS9934C** from Fairchild Semiconductor (now part of ON Semiconductor) is a dual N-channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications. This component integrates two MOSFETs in a single package, offering a compact solution for space-constrained designs while maintaining high performance.  

With a low on-resistance (**RDS(ON)** of 28mΩ (max) at VGS = 10V, the FDS9934C minimizes conduction losses, making it suitable for DC-DC converters, load switches, and motor control circuits. Its fast switching characteristics enhance efficiency in high-frequency applications.  

The device operates within a **drain-source voltage (VDS)** range of up to 30V and supports a continuous drain current (**ID**) of 5.5A per channel. The PowerTrench technology ensures low gate charge (**Qg**) and reduced switching losses, further optimizing power conversion.
