24-Bit/ 40kHz ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER The ADS1252U is a high-resolution, 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI) and Burr-Brown (BB). It features a delta-sigma architecture with a built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital filter. The device operates with a single +5V supply and offers a maximum data rate of 40 kSPS. It includes a low-noise PGA with gains ranging from 1 to 64, making it suitable for precision measurement applications. The ADS1252U also provides a flexible serial interface for communication with microcontrollers or DSPs. It is available in a 16-pin SOIC package.
