GSM Power Management System The ADP3522ACP-3 is a voltage regulator manufactured by Analog Devices Inc. (ADI). It is a low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. The device is capable of delivering up to 300mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV at full load. It features low quiescent current, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The ADP3522ACP-3 operates over an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.0V and includes built-in protection features such as thermal shutdown and current limit. The device is available in a 5-lead TSOT package.
