Dual Boostrapped 12 V MOSFET Driver with Output Disable The ADP3418JR is a synchronous buck MOSFET driver manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It is designed to drive both the high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 13.2V and is capable of driving MOSFETs with gate charge up to 60nC. The ADP3418JR features a typical propagation delay of 35ns and a rise/fall time of 20ns. It is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is optimized for high efficiency and fast switching performance in DC-DC converter applications.
