Dual Bootstrapped MOSFET Driver The ADP3417JR-REEL7 is a synchronous buck MOSFET driver manufactured by Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI). It is designed to drive both the high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck converter topology. The device operates from a single 5V supply and is capable of driving MOSFETs with gate-source voltages up to 10V. It features a typical propagation delay of 35ns and a rise/fall time of 20ns. The ADP3417JR-REEL7 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
