Dual Bootstrapped MOSFET Driver The ADP3417JR-REEL is a synchronous buck MOSFET driver manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It is designed to drive both the high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. The device operates from a single 5V supply and is capable of driving large MOSFETs with gate charges up to 100nC. The ADP3417JR-REEL features a fast switching time, typically 30ns rise and 20ns fall, and includes an adaptive shoot-through protection circuit to prevent both MOSFETs from conducting simultaneously. It is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
