Description and Introduction

1 MHz to 2.7 GHz RF Gain Block The AD8353ACPZ-REEL7 is a high-performance, digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (VGA) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates over a frequency range of 1 MHz to 2.5 GHz, making it suitable for a variety of RF and IF applications. The device features a gain control range of 40 dB with a linear-in-dB gain control characteristic. It offers a typical noise figure of 8 dB and an output IP3 of +36 dBm at maximum gain. The AD8353ACPZ-REEL7 is designed to operate from a single 5 V supply and consumes 150 mA of current. It is available in a 16-lead LFCSP (Lead Frame Chip Scale Package) and is specified for operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is RoHS compliant and is part of Analog Devices' portfolio of RF and microwave components.
