+3.3 V/+5 V Multiplying 12-Bit DACs The AD7948AN-B is a 14-bit, 250 kSPS PulSAR® analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates with a single power supply ranging from 2.7 V to 5.25 V. The device features a low-power consumption of 6.5 mW at 250 kSPS and 1.5 µW in power-down mode. It includes a high-speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP standards. The AD7948AN-B offers excellent AC and DC performance, with a typical integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±0.5 LSB and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 86 dB. It is available in a 20-lead PDIP package and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
