+3.3 V/+5 V Multiplying 12-Bit DACs The AD7943BR is a 14-bit, 250 kSPS, low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and features a high-speed serial interface. The AD7943BR has a typical power consumption of 1.5 mW at 250 kSPS with a 5 V supply. It includes a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 10 MHz. The device is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Key specifications include a ±0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL), ±0.5 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL), and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 86 dB typical. The AD7943BR is designed for applications requiring high accuracy and low power consumption, such as portable instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and medical equipment.
