+3.3 V/+5 V Multiplying 12-Bit DACs The AD7943ARS-B is a 14-bit, 1 MSPS, low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices. It operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply and features a high-speed serial interface. The AD7943ARS-B offers a typical power consumption of 1.5 mW at 1 MSPS with a 5 V supply, and it includes a low-power mode that reduces power consumption to 1 µW. The device has a 14-bit resolution with no missing codes and provides a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 86 dB typical. It also includes an internal conversion clock, a reference, and a temperature sensor. The AD7943ARS-B is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
