+3.3 V/+5 V Multiplying 12-Bit DACs The AD7943AN-B is a 14-bit, 250 kSPS, low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and features a high-speed serial interface. The AD7943AN-B offers a low power consumption of 1.5 mW at 250 kSPS with a 5 V supply, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It includes a 14-bit capacitor-based SAR ADC with no missing codes and an internal conversion clock. The device also has a wide input bandwidth, supporting fully differential analog input ranges of ±VREF with VREF up to VDD. The AD7943AN-B is available in a 20-lead PDIP package and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
