LC2MOS Single Supply, 12-Bit 600 kSPS ADC The AD7892AN-3 is a 12-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices. It operates with a single +5V power supply and features a fast conversion time of 1.5 µs. The device includes an on-chip track/hold amplifier, which allows it to handle input frequencies up to 1 MHz. The AD7892AN-3 has a parallel interface for easy connection to microprocessors and DSPs. It is available in a 24-pin plastic DIP package and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is designed for applications requiring high-speed data acquisition, such as digital signal processing, motor control, and instrumentation.
