3 V to 5 V Single Supply, 200 kSPS 12-Bit Sampling ADCs The AD7854AR is a 12-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices. It operates with a single +5V supply and features a fast conversion time of 1.5 µs. The device includes an on-chip track/hold amplifier, a 12-bit ADC, and a serial interface. It is designed for applications requiring high-speed data acquisition and low power consumption. The AD7854AR is available in a 24-pin SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Key specifications include a typical power consumption of 10 mW, a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 72 dB, and a total harmonic distortion (THD) of -80 dB. The device also supports a wide input voltage range and has a typical integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±1 LSB.
