LC2MOS High Speed 4- & 8-Channel 8-Bit ADCs The AD7828CQ is a 8-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It features a conversion time of 1.36 µs, a single +5 V power supply, and a power consumption of 15 mW. The AD7828CQ includes an on-chip track-and-hold circuit, eliminating the need for an external sample-and-hold amplifier. It operates over a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C and is available in a 20-lead ceramic DIP package. The ADC has a parallel interface and is designed for applications requiring high-speed data acquisition.
