LOW VOLTAGE CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFER (INVERTED) WITH 5V TOLERANT INPUTS AND OUTPUTS The 74LCX240TTR is a low-voltage CMOS octal buffer/line driver with 5V tolerant inputs and outputs, manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for 2.3V to 3.6V VCC operation and features high-speed performance with propagation delays of 4.5ns (max) at 3.3V. The device has 3-state outputs and is capable of driving up to 24mA at the outputs. It is available in a TSSOP-20 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The 74LCX240TTR is suitable for applications requiring low power consumption and high-speed operation, such as in bus interface and signal buffering.
