DESCRIPTION

The TPS65191isa triple high-voltage scan driverto drivean ASG (amorphous silicon gate) circuiton TFT glass.
Each single high-voltage scan driver receives logic-level inputsof CPVx and generates two high-voltage outputs CKVx, CKVBx. The device receivesa logic-level inputof STV and generatesa high-voltage outputof STVP.
These outputs are swings from Voff (–28 V)to Von (35 V) and are usedto drive the ASG circuit and
charge/discharge the capacitive loadsof the TFT LCD.In orderto reduce the power dissipationof device,a
charge-share functionis implemented. The device features discharge function, which shorts Voffto GNDin order shut down the panel faster when the LCDis turned off.
