The TPS6107x devices providea power supply 90% Efficient Synchronous Boost Converter solution for products powered by eithera one-cell,– 75-mA Output Currentat 3.3V From 0.9-V two-cell,or three-cell alkaline, NiCdor NiMH,or one-Input cell Li-ionor Li-polymer battery. Output currents can 150-mA Output Currentat 3.3V From 1.8-V go as high as 75 mA while usinga single-cell
alkaline, and dischargeit downto 0.9V.It can alsoInput used for generating5Vat 200 mA froma 3.3-V• Device Quiescent Current:19 µA (Typ) railora Li-ion battery.
