DescriptionThe TPS53318 and TPS53319 devices are D-CAP
mode, 8-A or 14-A synchronous switchers with
integrated MOSFETs. They are designed for easeof
use, low external component count, and space-
conscious power systems.
These devices feature accurate 1%, 0.6-V reference,
and integrated boost switch.A sampleof competitive
features include: 1.5-Vto 22-V wide conversion input
voltage range, very low external component count,D-
CAP™ mode control for super fast transient, auto-
skip mode operation, internal soft-start control,
selectable frequency, andno need for compensation.
The conversion input voltage ranges from 1.5Vto22 the supply voltage rangeis from 4.5Vto25V, and
the output voltage rangeis from 0.6Vto 5.5V.
These devices are availablein5 mmx6 mm, 22-pin
QFN package andis specified from –40°Cto 85°C.
