The TPS22932B deviceisa low rON load switch with Input Voltage: 1.1Vto 3.6V controlled turnon. The device containsa P-channel• Ultralow ON-Resistance MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage rON=55 mΩat VIN= 3.6V rangeof 1.1Vto 3.6V. rON=65 mΩat VIN= 2.5V The switchis controlled by eight patterns of 3-bit rON=75 mΩat VIN= 1.8V input. The user can choose the logic functions MUX,
AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, and noninverter. All– rON= 115 mΩat VIN= 1.2V inputs can be connectedto VINor GND. The control• 500-mA Maximum Continuous Switch Current pins can be connectedto low-voltage GPIOs allowing• Quiescent Current<1 μA the switchtobe controlledby either 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-or 3.3-V logic signals while keeping extremely low• Shutdown Current<1 μA
