The device containsa P-channel MOSFET that 0.9 mm× 0.9 mm, 0.5-mm Pitch, 0.5-mm can operate over an input voltage rangeof 1.4Vto

The TPS22910A, TPS22912C, and TPS22913B/C– rON=60 mΩat VIN=5V devices provide reverse current protectionin ON and– rON=61 mΩat VIN= 3.3V OFF states. An internal reverse voltage comparator rON=74 mΩat VIN= 1.8V disables the power-switch when the output voltage
(VOUT)is driven higher than the input voltage (VIN),by– rON=84 mΩat VIN= 1.5V VRCP,to quickly (10 µs typ) stop the flowof current• 2-A Maximum Continuous Switch Current towards the input sideof the switch. Reverse current• Low Threshold Control Input protectionis always active, even when the power-
