DESCRIPTION

The TL064, TL064A and TL064B are high speed
J-FET input quad operational amplifiers. Eachof
these J-FET input operational amplifiers incorpo-
rates wellmatched, highvoltage J-FETand bipolar
transistorsina monolithicintegrated circuit.
The device features high slew rate, low input bias
and offsetcurrents, andlow offset voltagetempera-
ture coefficient.

Notes:1.All voltage values, except differential voltage,are withrespecttothe zero reference level (ground)of thesupply voltages where
the zero reference levelisthe midpoint betweenVCC+andVCC-. Differential voltagesarethe non-inverting input terminal with respecttothe inverting input terminal. The magnitudeofthe input voltage must never exceedthe magnitudeofthe supply voltageor15 volts, whicheveris less. The outputmaybe shorted togroundor toeither supply. Temperature and/or supply voltagesmustbe limitedto ensure thatthe
