The TC7W04 is high speed CZMOS BUFFER fabricated with
silicon gate CZMOS technology.
The internal circuit is composed of 3 stage including
buffer output, which enable high noise immunity and
stable output.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against
static discharge or transient excess voltage.
