GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The OP-os monolithic instrumentation operational amplifier
is designed for accurate high-gain amplification of low level
signals. High tttttttmon-tttode rejection reduces signal
degradation when large common-mode voltages are present.
Superior DC input characteristics include very low offset
voltage and current, extremely high op'en-loop gain, low Iff
and wideband noise, and low "popcorn" noise. Low offset
voltagedrift isimproved by a nulling technique that optimizes
TCVos performance when Vos Is nullod to zero. Very high
common-modo and power supply rejection enable accurate
performance in noisy environments.
Fioxible external compensation provides wido-bandwidth
and high slew rate operation in high closed-loop gain
applications. Excellent long-term stability. and compati-
blllty with MIL-STO-MO processing, make the once an
excellent choice for ttiM-reliability application s. F orexampltt,
process control and aerospace applittations: including strain
gauge and thermocouple amplifiers. Iow-noise audio ampli-
tiers, and instrumentation amplifiers. The OP-06 is a direct
replacement tor l" 725 type: providing superior DC and
noise performance plus the unique teature of ctmtpht' Input
dlmuntlll voltage and output ohon-clrcul! protection.
