ESD protection diodes inherently guard t 6 ns (typ), V = 5V, C = 15 pF, T = 25°C PD CC L A both inputs and output with respect to the V and GND CC Low Quiescent Power, I < 1 μA, V = 5.5V CC CC rails. High gain circuitry offers high noise immunity and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate. The TTL-compatibleBalanced Output Drive; 2 mA I , −2 mA I OL OH inputs facilitate TTL to NMOS/CMOS interfacing. Device TTL-compatible inputs performance is similar to MM74HCT but with 1/2 the output current drive of HC/HCT.
