General Description
The MM58174Aisa low-threshold metal-gate CMOS circuit
that functionsasa real-time clockand calendarin bus-ori-
ented microprocessor systems.The device includesanin-
terrupt timer which maybe programmedto oneof three
times. Timekeepingis maintained downto 2.2Vto allowlow
power standby battery operation. The timebaseis generat- froma 32768Hz crystal-controlled oscillator.
