DESCRIPTION

The M54HC14is an high speed CMOS HEX
SCHMITT INVERTER fabricated with silicon gate2 MOS technology. Pin configuration and
function are the sameas thoseof the M54HC04
butall inputs have 20% VCC hysteresis level.
This, together with its schmitt trigger function,
allowsitto be used on line receivers with slow
rise/fall input signals.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge and transient excess
voltage.
